The AC is lacking, the service is rude and slow

Bedroom (Capsule) bed is not clean, tools such as reading lights are broken, headphone cable is broken so it cannot be used, not soundproof, climb to the top bunk, stairs are too narrow, amenities are complete, the shape and appearance of the capsule is attractive and quite sophisticated, TV channels are few, and spots. Bathroom and toilet, dirty and unkempt, far from the room.

There is no standby staff at the reception desk specifically for capsules, making it difficult if there is a need. Have to contact security in the parking lot first.

Stayed for two nights, checked in, on the second night the room was sold to someone else. Items were still inside, touched, moved, why didn't you call the number requested when checking in? Terrible facilities, given a card that didn't work, lockers didn't work, dirty toilet, no tissue roll in the toilet. Dirty cleanliness, still lots of trash inside. Slow service. Dangerous.

The distance between the bathroom and the locker area is too far from the room.

Everything is okay, it's just a loss not to take the capsule with breakfast

First, I got a capsule which was a bit damaged, the AC wasn't cold and the capsule room system alarm was beeping, requested an exchange and finally exchanged for another capsule. The bathroom and sink in the capsule area don't seem to be maintained, the trash can is full, the hot water doesn't work. In the capsule room there are mosquitoes and hair. The capsule lobby area is hot and quiet, the AC is not turned on. It's like there are no guests at all. Never mind. First experience staying here.

At that price, it's worth it, if you just sleep it's comfortable, the sensation is different like being in outer space, the AC is cold, the men's toilet is clean, clean towels are provided, bar soap, toothbrush, toothpaste, haven't tried whether it's hot water or not because check in at night then check out at 4 in the morning, only had time to wash my face and brush my teeth, suitable for backpackers, apparently not suitable for those carrying large suitcases, will be difficult, strategic location in the hustle and bustle of the city,

If you need help, you have to go down to the hotel lobby first. The lobby phone is not answered, and it's a long way up and down.

The only advantage is the location, the rest is not so convenient. 1. Wifi is not provided. 2. Air circulation in the capsule is not running. 3. Why is the bathroom transparent glass? 4. The toilet has a waste of water, the door is broken.

Comfortable, suitable for transit waiting for a flight.

Staff are friendly and informative, quite helpful. Location in the center, enter via Orchadz. Safe. Smooth internet. But the bedsheet doesn't seem very clean and there is no hot shower, which is a shame, even though it says hot shower.

Sekarang bagian kamar mandinya seperti tidak terurus, alias kotor. Kloset kuning gak pernah di bersihin atau di sikat. Untuk kamar sih masih nyaman dan AC dingin. Oya di kamar mandi sudah gak ada water heather atau air panas lagi huft menyebalkan.

Nice experience! I'd love to staycation here again.

For a different, clean, strategic stay experience.

Cocok buat yang mau me time yang beneran me time, karena di sini sepi. Untuk kapsulnya lumayan nyaman buat rebahan sambil nonton atau skrol-skrol hp doang seharian. Buat yang penakut better ajak temen jadi at least ada temen buat ke wc karena wcnya sunyi. Walaupun sama temen tetap bisa me time kok soalnya perkapsul sendiri-sendiri.

Came at dawn to serve the reception well, for transit it was ok, lacked noise with fellow users' alarms, those who set the alarm didn't wake up 🤬.

It's very comfortable, the hotel people are all so friendly, starting from the receptionist, everything is good 👍 cheap but star class. Just trying capsules, don't hesitate, the hotel staff will explain and answer their questions properly.

Air panas tidak hidup, sulit menemui petugas jika membutuhkan bantuan, saya menunggu lama di meja resepsionis ternyata check in harus di hotel utama (gak ada petunjuk, gak ada petugas standby), mushollah kurang terawat, TV cuma pajangan doang karena siarannya tidak ada, ada mobil parkir tepat di depan pintu masuk.
