Unfortunately there is no gym area and swimming pool.

The place is nice in the middle of the city and you can exercise at Gedung Sate.

I took my mom (a senior citizen) for a short stay at this hotel. We stayed in the “city view” room which has a great view facing Gedung Sate and the mountains beyond. Great location in the city, only about 10 minutes away from the main train station. The area surrounding the hotel is really nice and clean. Lots of locals walk around the area and at the Taman Gasibu track for morning and late afternoon exercise. Cisangkuy, Cilaki, and Gempol streets are only a short walk away—lots of food vendors. Even going to areas such as Dago, Braga, Cihampelas, Riau it only took us about 10 minutes by car. The hotel room is standard size, the beds are comfortable, and the shower is strong with excellent hot water supply. The view is spectacular.

Everything is okay except the mattress is not comfortable to sleep on.

The location is very strategic, allowing for morning exercise at Bandung's Gasibu Field, which is right in front of the hotel. The staff are very friendly and the facilities are clean. Recommended for a city-center hotel with an affordable price.

The hotel's location is excellent. The receptionist was friendly during check-in and check-out. The room was nice, clean, and smelled good. Overall, it was fine, but during my stay, the Wi-Fi was not working (there was no Wi-Fi service). The receptionist informed me that there was a problem.

A favorite downtown hotel every time I visit Bandung.

Slow response from operator staff. No sense of urgency. The shower was broken. I returned to the hotel at 9 p.m., and the kids and I couldn't shower until after 10 p.m.

Just the baggage drop isn’t sufficient for multi-car with weird directions, but their service was great and accommodated our request.

Location okay - retention stay, yes.

Overall it's ok for a 3-star hotel. However, when entering and exiting the building, the reception from the security was less than friendly, I don't know if the security was a hotel employee, because the hotel lobby area is only on the 3rd floor.

Overall good, breakfast food is less varied, there are no sausages, they are finished, protein is only eggs.

Everything is more than enough for that price.
