The location is very strategic. It's across from Tugu Station, and it only takes two minutes to get to Malioboro. My room key broke, so I called reception and asked to be moved, but they couldn't, and a technician came to fix it. My only regret was that the room wasn't very clean. The pillows looked like they'd been used by the previous guest. Even after I asked for a replacement, they still smelled. The blanket also smelled unpleasant. I was so paranoid about the sheets that I was afraid they might have been used by the previous guest, so I used the blanket as a sleeping mat.

I came here for a meeting. It's very close to Yogya Station, just a short walk away. It's close to Malioboro. The staff is friendly. You can leave your bags while waiting for the 4 p.m. airport train.

I checked in and filled out the form at 11:00, and the room wasn't ready until 2:00 PM. After 2:00 PM, it still wasn't ready, so I had to wait. There were limited seating, and many guests were standing. I wasn't able to get in until 2:30, and even then, I had to ask more than three times. I'll think twice about staying here.
