The hotel is in a rough area (though close to a lot of great stuff). The parking situation is atrocious and expensive - expect to pay at least $30/day for a garage that looks like the scene of a crime. The actual room was nice and the bed was comfortable, though fixtures were quite old and dated.

Great stay! Receptionist Paulina made sure my friends and I checked in alright. Only thing is about parking and we couldn’t really walk at night.

The price to pay for parking was ridiculous. The hotel should have some type of agreement with the parking structure on the parking fees for hotel guess. If your can is not moved from the structure by 6 am (there is no street parking available) they will charge you an additional $15 to get out.

Surrounding area was rough, but the inside of the hotel was definitely worth the trip.

Architecture and room plans. Didn’t like outside sketch. LA needs to remember this area.

The staff is outstanding. The building super cool and the rooms spacious and above the norm. It’s rare if not unexpected to find kitchens included in hotel rooms. I loved my stay here.

This was the worse hotel stay I have ever had. I asked 3 times including the day of and was told the parking garage (they recommended) was $13 each exit but it was $25. The room was dusty. The bed was equivalent to a pull out couch. The towels were dirty with red & black stains. My son’s face broke out laying on the pillows. The couch had cigarette holes. There is no house keeping. You have to go down stairs to get your own towels. Etc. I left early. I couldn’t wait to get out of there. I will NEVER return.

The hotel itself is great, it is very spacious and perfect for a larger group. The biggest issue for us is the area surrounding the hotel and the parking situation. If you are not used to a real downtown feel then it would be possible for you to feel uncomfortable. The staff was great and the room was great and overall it was worth it.

Please add exhaust fans in the bathroom. And the beds creak even on the slightest of movement. An upgrade in the shower area is required.

It was a nice, clean space however it was lacking a dining table. The wall between the main bedroom and living room was open at the top so noise and light came through. Also, it would be nice to have drawers in the closet area and a stackable washer and dryer would be amazing.

Didn't realize what it meant to stay "down town". Bring earplugs, esp. on a weekend night. Lots of street noise and 1/2 dozen fire/ambulance calls (w. sirens). Loft was spartan but had all the amenities we needed. Staff was friendly. Note that all nearby parking did *not* grant in/out opportunities. Every exit/re-entrance was a new charge

Rooms were great. Great staff. AC didn’t work well. Neighborhood was terrible. DTLA is absolutely filthy with trash and human excretment around. Parking was nearby but not easy to load and unload luggage

The hotel is an unsafe location. Did not have enough paper towels or toilet paper. Hotel offers NO parking.
The staff was the best part. They were very nice and helpful.
