All good. Friendly staff but the room was so hot in the night. The two level rooms are not the most accessible but it’s ok.

The surrounding street required the local council to clean up litter otherwise the hotel itself was great value for money

Very clean, no choice in pillows. Not much outside seating for rooms without terrace. Easy to get an uber, close to university. Easy to enjoy onsite restaurant.

Service was great and the hotel is clean and well maintained. Very comfortable rooms.

Bathroom and bedroom weren't isolated which was inconvenient to a sleeping partner from the point of making noise while taking shower or brushing teeth.

Villla Odon is a very good hotel with excellent staff. I would like to give it a five star rating, but unfortunately the parking and close area around the buildings is littered. The trash does not accumulate quickly and it would be a simple exercise to pick it up.

The staff and service were great at Hotel Villa Odon. However, for multiple nights I was unable to sleep because there were parties on the convention center next to the hotel and the music was extremely loud.

room is clean and confortable, breakfast is good. the best point is the water pressure of shower.

L'hôtel est très bien situé proche de l'université européenne de Madrid Mauvaise surprise en découvrant la chambre qui était en fait une mezzanine avec un grand escalier , souffrant du dos ce fut compliqué de monter , aucune information de ce genre dans la description en réservant (hôtel.com) J'ai mis 3 étoiles pour le personnel de ménage car la personne malgré la pancarte ne pas déranger , à frapper avec insistance mais vu la hauteur de l'escalier ne nous a même pas laisser le temps d'aller ouvrir et elle a ouvert la porte ( heureusement que nous ne dormions pas finalement) , je précise que ce n'était pas un jour de départ . La 1 ère fois dans cet hôtel la dame de ménage ne nous mettait jamais les serviettes de bain, c'était la 2ème fois pour nous ( pas le choix c'est le plus proche de chez mon fils) Le reste du personnel l'accueil et au petit déjeuner sont agréables La piscine est fermée sans aucune indication d'ouverture L'hôtel est sympa, propre avec une déco originale avec ses murs noirs mais ne vaut pas un 4 étoiles
