Every thing was fine in the unit except one of the showers was not working properly

Comfortable and quiet for our family of four and a gorgeous view. The shower diverter in one of the bathrooms was broken and I could not figure out where to report that or how to get it fixed so all four of us had to shower in one bathroom. And an improvement would include dressers in the bedrooms (we had to live out of our suitcases on the floor).

Where do I start what a stunning location just outside of town but close enough to walk or drive back into town very peaceful. We booked a two bedroom apartment & so happy that we did. Living space upstairs for lounge, kitchen overlooking the beautiful view of the mountains, forest & river through the large windows & ranch slider doors, there is also a toilet upstairs. Downstairs are two bedrooms, two bathrooms & washer/dryer. Parking onsite, two outdoor hot tubs with views of the wilderness mountains & river on top of a high level platform, we enjoyed the hot tubs to ourselves which was more relaxing & peaceful. We were also lucky enough to spot & observe a black bear mother & her two cubs in the area, very memorable experience.

Great spot just outside of town. Unit was well equipped and the property is very pet friendly. Hot tub area has a nice view of the mountains.

Just outside town , foot of the mountain , clean rooms , kitchen in suite , no restaurant , did not use amenities , unfortunately a Black Bear mother and her cubs were on the property numerous times , even after the Police cleared them away they returned. Very nice building , with good parking.

Very nice and clean property. We booked the one with 2 rooms on the upper level and the view was serene all around with visible river flowing from our living area

We had a wonderful family stay at Basecamp Resorts in Revelstoke. The room was spacious, comfortable, quiet, and relaxing, which made it perfect for our family. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the location was excellent. We especially loved the beautiful mountain and river views. The amenities were great, including everything we needed, and the room itself was a highlight. Overall, we really enjoyed the location, views, room, staff, and amenities. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

The room was spotless, and the outdoor seating offered the perfect spot to enjoy a cup of coffee in a beautifully peaceful setting 😊

Unfortunately, there appeared to be a large number of occupants staying in only two rooms, with approximately 15 people gathering and using the hot tub for extended periods. As a result, other guests had very limited access to the facility. Even after the group left, the area remained difficult to enjoy due to strong cooking spice odors that lingered throughout the common spaces. This is not a reflection of the property itself or the efforts of the staff, who were courteous and did what they could within their authority. However, management may wish to consider implementing and enforcing occupancy and common-area usage regulations to ensure all guests can comfortably enjoy the amenities. The hotel and staff were otherwise satisfactory, but stricter policies regarding overcrowding and shared facility usage would greatly improve the guest experience.
