The rooms are very clean and tidy, the toilet amenities are complete, very clean, the location is close to the airport, the staff is friendly, the check-in process is fast, there is an airport-hotel shuttle service, breakfast has quite a lot of variety but unfortunately there is non-halal food.

Spacious room compare to others around LAX. It's just a bit complicated, the luggage trolley is a bit difficult to find. They only have 3 and self service.
