Friendly, good breakfast, like new hotel, good location🙂 Asked three times to get a toilet seat fixed, never happened 😞

The hotel offered a washing machine and drier at minimal cost which was excellent as we had been travelling for 10 days when we arrived. Our Room and bathroom was spacious and clean. Check in staff were helpful. Hotel is walkable to St Jacobs market and Stockyard brewery and not far from Cambridge centre shopping mall. Hotel is in a Lovely rural setting.

The hotel was in an easily accessible location. The staff was very friendly and the room was incredibly clean. We would not hesitate to stay here again!

The coffee was surprisingly good. The breakfast options were limited but good enough for our stay. The staff were friendly and the hotel and room were both clean. It was nice having a room with thinner pillows that could be stacked for side sleepers or used singly for stomach sleepers.

All around great hotel to stay.

Room was not cleaned properly. Bathtub was dirty and we had to clean it before using it. I also dislike that rooms are not cleaned daily. My sister was also staying in a different room and they found a condom in the sheets prior to sleeping in it. They also requested that the bed sheets be changed after that and it wasn’t done. For the price we paid I would have expected better and cleaner accommodations.

This is a new hotel. Good location and friendly staff. I enjoyed my stay with my kids.

Very clean rooms, very quiet. Conveniently close to the farmer’s market. The breakfast was delicious and very fresh. Thank you!

Wonderful, Value for Money 😊

Staff were super friendly and helpful and chatty, which was nice. Just loved Stella in the breakfast area, couldn't be more engaging!! If I had a complaint it would be lack of recycling in the breakfast area. The first day we had plates, the second day it was all disposable and zero recycling options. Small condiment packages etc could easily be swapped for a larger dispenser. The rooms had shampoo and conditioner in refillable containers, but boxed soap and paper cups wrapped in plastic. Definitely time to get rid of that type of waste!! The gym was excellent, lots of great equipment.

Excellent stay!

Great staff at both the front desk and the dining room. Room was spacious, comfortable bed, wonderful bathroom. Had late dinner in the dining room with great service and food was good. Free breakfast too! We chose it because of its close location to Dt. Jacobs but were really impressed with the hotel.

No cuttleries at all just to stir for my tea or coffee

Everything met our expectations! The pool was great, breakfast was delicious and the beds were comfortable. Couldn’t have asked for better.
