Very clean apartment, plenty of space for two small families or one large family. Loved the LED lighting. Staff were very friendly; from the desk worker to the bartender. Parking was also really easy even with a seemingly busy hotel.

Staff was friendly and helpful with providing information for transportation. The room was amazing and spacious. Really enjoyed the jacuzzi next to the bed and the patio view. Breakfast had a great variety and was delicious.

Very convenient to both parks and walkable to various food options with optional restaurant on site if you’re hungry and don’t want to leave the hotel. Great choice.. Only drawback is parking.

Great place to stay. The lady on the desk was really lovely and helpful- I arrived much earlier than planned and was able to check into my room upon arrival even though check in hadn’t started. Room clean and comfortable- I had also been upgraded which was a great bonus. Only downside is the WiFi is very slow and my phone had no service. Yours may be different but do bare this in mind!

The hotel is in a great location for visiting either Europa-Park or Rulantica. Restaurants are close by as well. Very friendly multi-lingual staff.

Car parking is unorganized and unclear

Stay was so so. The hotel was still under construction and the elevator was not finished so the attendants had to help us with the luggage. Our room had 2 beds but only one had sheets, we asked why at the reception and they first told us reservation was only for 2 persons. Then they told us our toddlers were supposed to sleep in our bed! They finally came and made the second bed after I insisted. Other than that the hotel is at the back of the park, so unless you have your own car, it’s really far from the entrance, walking distance from the grocery store.

Overall 3N stay was fantastic!!! My family enjoyed the suite, pool garden, and of course the service; Each and every staff is so friendly and assisting us with our queries. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable! The hotel is a good walking distance to Europa Park with a wide ranges of food variations; Italian, German, Chinese+Sushi take aways. I will not hesitate to recommend anyone to stay here!!

Small hotel but very good location, close to europa park, very clean, nice pool with garden.

Pros: Huge, comfy beds. Big screen TV. Lots of outlets for charging. Free parking and super close distance to the 2 parks. Breakfast was delicious. Cons: Bathroom could use a good unclogging and scrubbing. Walls are pretty thin so you can pretty much hear every sound from the hallway and neighbors.

The stay was not relaxing at all due to the staff. I was constantly watched and would never stay there again.

The hotel is nice and the price is fair. I would suggest this hotel out of the others. They provide free breakfast and their bar is fairly priced.

My daughter and I really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Andante. After an extremely hot day spent at Europapark it was a welcome relief to have an air conditioned room and the pool to cook off in. The bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I've ever slept in! We enoyed 2 dinners and 2 breakfasts at the hotel. I would most definitely stay at this hotel again and would not hesitate to recommend it to any one.
