Breakfast was ok. Parking spaces were limited. Extra charge is very cheap. No concerns. Very helpful staff.

Great location, comfortable room, and very good breakfast.

Despite informing the hotel we would be arriving after 9pm there was no one at reception, we eventually found our room key behind the counter of the reception desk. As an octogenarian and after a long journey to Brasov not ideal.

The front desk clerk was excellent. Breakfast was adequate, the attendant was very pleasant.

Second stay at Casă Chitic. In the same room, too. Everything was super clean and the staff was extremely helpful. It is a quiet place in the center of the city which is always remarkable because you have everything really close: pubs, markets, coffee houses. Loved it and will return for sure.

Our stay was excellent. It was completely modernized and in the perfect location. The town square was just one block from hotel and the Black Church was just a block away from the square. Its location gave us easy access to everything we wanted…dining, shopping, and tourist attractions. The price was fantastic and it included an excellent breakfast. The staff was friendly, helpful, and very professional. I highly recommend that this is a MUST stay. Just remember to reach out to hotel before going to reserve a parking spot as there are only two dedicated to the hotel. We were lucky as we went on a Sunday afternoon and found a spot in front of the hotel that is paid to the city. Fabulous hotel and I will stay there again on my next trip to Braşov.

Brilliant Hotel, a couple of minutes walk to Brasov's main square, excellent location. Staff were fantastic and went above and beyond to accomodate guest's needs. Excellent breakfast facilties, plenty to choose from. Self check in after 8pm was so easy and could not be faulted. Every member of staff was friendly and made us feel welcome, especially reception staff. Nothing was too much trouble.

Wow! Great location and bargain price that included breakfast. Bit tricky on parking but contact hotel in advance to reserve one of a handful of spots. Staff were friendly and helpful with parking. Definitely recommend and you are in the midst of everything here

Great location, friendly staff, clean bedrooms, warm room and good shower. Breakfast ok for what we paid overall the stay was good value for money. Would 100% stay here again.

When we checked in we needed help and asked the gentleman at the desk for help He really wasn't interested in helping us and we felt we were bothering him We sorted things out ourselves and the next day another Gentleman was at the desk and he was helpful Romania was my least favorite country due to the people in it Customer service isnt available

Excellent stay, excellent staff, excellent and very plentiful breakfast with many options, including gluten-free ones for which I was very grateful for. !!! Extremely central location with immediate access to city center !!! The front desk staff was outstanding as well as the entire crew that helps with breakfast. Thank you so much for a great day.
