Beautiful views and attentive staff

This hotel featured a beautiful river view. It had a top floor dining room and lounge that was fabulous, also with great views through floor-to-ceiling windows. Great breakfast there and a great evening meal. Interestingly, the rooftop facility was not well publicized in this small hotel. It is accessed through an outside staircase, through a non-descript grey door three floors up. There was no signage in the hotel telling you where it was!

Sound on top roof restaurant a little noisy for bedrooms bellow and lift is not available for luggage

Location with marvelous views over the river and beyond. Only negative aspect is the lack of a lift, especially to the top (3rd) floor restaurant

O quarto precisa de reformas… Falta informações da recepção e não tem nenhum cabide para toalhas no banheiro… O café da manhã é bom.

Ótimo atendimento Cama boa Pode melhorar: Cortina do quarto (mto claridade) Lixo do banheiro (sem tampa) Torneira do banheiro, pequena, baixa de altura e baixa de vazão.

Venianos de hoteles en Colombia y Venezuela, donde la atención y amabilidad es lo mas importante y nos encontramos con personas frias y que no eran amables ni saludaban.

Quarto com vista incrível, porém não ter canal fechado na TV é mto ruim. O café da manhã poderia ser melhor, como ter croissant’s e geleias.

Estadia ótima. Quarto com vista para o Rio branco, maravilhoso. Café da manhã justo e simpatia de todos colaboradores. Foi uma experiência maravilhosa. Se voltar, ficarei lá novamente.
