All the photos and images on the app don't reflect reality. Just entering the hallway felt like entering a haunted house: dark, with trash and used materials strewn everywhere. Parking isn't free; you're immediately asked to pay upfront. The most shocking thing was the numerous small cockroaches in the room and bathroom. The bedsheets were stained with unexplained stains, seemingly untouched. I checked out after only five minutes in the room due to the conditions. It's okay, I've already paid and it's a waste of money due to discomfort and fear of itching and disease. Not recommended.

The staff is okay. But sorry to say, one word: shabby, dirty. Never cleaned. Not recommended. Staying here smells, and there are cockroaches and bugs in the bed. Cheap doesn't mean neglecting cleanliness.

The place is not very suitable for staying. For Rp100,000 per night, you should be able to find a better place, especially since it's already listed on the app.

The bathroom smells dirty, the environment in front of the room is dirty, there is a lot of junk and the TV won't turn on, it doesn't match the photo.

ONE WORD *DISGUSTING* The Place and Service Checked in on January 17th, checked out on January 20th. But I didn't check in until 8 PM on the 17th, and I decided to check out that night. The receptionist was busy playing games on her phone, and I was still talking to her face. That night, I tried to go down to the receptionist and said I wanted to get my ID card and a 100,000 IDR deposit. Then, there was an officer in the receptionist's room, along with a young man wearing only a t-shirt and shorts. I didn't know who he was. I explained that I had brought a small child and that my child was sleeping, so I wanted to process it first. Because it was raining outside, my money was received after I hadn't been in it for three days. And only because the key was still in the room where my child was still sleeping, and the tone and attitude of the old man were inappropriate. Still, they weren't allowed to process it first. Logically, the deposit was only 100,000. My money came in over 300,000 during the three days I didn't use it. There was no tolerance or policy whatsoever. The system was robust, but the accommodation was DECLINED.

The place is really ugly, dirty and smells really damp and there are lots of cigarette butts, the toilet is also shaking.
