Amazing experience- everything top notch!

Very nice

Interior design is really beautiful and elegant, room was modern, spacious and cozy. Delicious dinner and breakfast come with a huge choices and excellent quality. Amazing facilities and ambience, great hospitality from well-trained staffs. It was beyond my expectations, highly recommended.

It was a great stay! One slight ding: there was some ambiguity about what was included in the price. For example, no drinks (including water) are included in the cost of dinner but standard drinks are included in the cost of water. This wasn't an issue for us cost-wise, but clarity is appreciated.

Probably one of the most thought out facilities for comfort of the guests. Outstanding design, food. One can see customer service is a priority with this lovely operation. The best, I will search for this hotel line in future travels. Pure comfort!

We had a very good time at Falkensteiner Kronplatz. Very stylish and modern, and with very interesting architecture. Spotlessly clean and well maintained. Nice sports pool. Good location near Kronplatz ski lift, just outside of Bruneck. Lots to explore in the vicinity. We visited in summer, so think hiking, rafting, mountain lakes, etc. However, we weren't impressed with the fact that the rooftop pool was adults only as this wasn't clear from property details before we booked. Also, the evening "gourmet half board" was very fussy, and service was very, very inconsistent. Not at 5* level.

The hotel is well maintained, the staff is very kind and responsive, and the food is excellent. The spa is especially wonderful. A great place to relax and enjoy the mountain scenery.

Lovely hotel with good spa facilities. Excellent dining for the evening meal and great breakfast buffet. However, the service was disappointing. Our waiter at breakfast didn’t bring our coffee that we ordered, we waited 20 mins before reordering. Our room key stopped working 5 mins before 11am and the lady servicing the room told us because it was almost 11am we couldn’t get back into the room. After explaining we had just come to get our bags before 11am check out she let us in, however as it wasn’t 11am yet it left us with sour taste.

We thoroughly enjoyed a great stay at the Falkensteiner Kronplatz. From the moment we arrived to the one we left they made us feel part of something exclusive. All activities and areas follow luxurious standards and everything has been thought in the very fine detail. The breakfast and dinner selection is really something to die for. We hope to stay at this property again soon.

Overall, very pleased with the stay. Room was spacious and comfortable, outdoor 3rd floor pool spectacular. Breakfast, amazing! If I had to point anything out- dinners (while beautifully presented) did not have local food as I’d expect. I would not eat dinner here again if the menu was the same.

This is the second year that I return to this great hotel! Great staff, kind, always smiling and wanting to help. Very close to the gondolas, walking distance, there is a shuttle for the lazy :) Large and luxurious rooms, great breakfast and dinner, a large and delicious selection!

Es war unglaublich schön und entspannend. Ruhige Umgebung, schönes Ambiente, super freundliches Personal, sehr gutes Essen, tolles Wellnessangebot. Uns hat es außerordentlich gut gefallen und wir hoffen, dass wir irgendwann mal wieder da sind. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Top Hotel , absolut ruhig, hier wird Gästeservice groß geschrieben, jederzeit wieder, jedes Zimmer hatte einen eigenen Skischrank, wo alles trocknen konnte, includierter Shuttle zum Lift , super Essen , unglaublich freundliche Mitarbeiter, für jeden war edtess an der Riesen Büffett und A la carte Auswahl alles dabei , tolle Bar, stimmiges Ambiente, Zimmer wurden geräuschlos gereinigt, toller Wellnessbereich mit zwei beheizten Aussenpools. Wir kommen in jedem Fall wieder. Danke für diese erholsame Verwöhnwoche

Super freundliche Mtarbeiter, international, aufmerksam, familiär, das Hotel und seine Mannschaft lassen keine Wünsche offen , wir haben 8 Tage im Hotel verbringen dürfen und kommen sehr sehr gern wieder
