The room was very clean. It is very small and didn't have windows, but it was perfect for what I needed.

Not expensive

It was a basic room with private bath. The street side of the building was under construction so it was difficult to see the sign marking the interest. There are 7 or 8 stairs up to the lobby level where the elevator is located, so you need to carry your luggage up those stairs. The is a set of three keys - one for your room, one into the hostal, and one into the building. To exit the building, you need to push the button to the right of the door. I was pleasantly surprised with the lack of noise from the street. My room faced the street and had a balcony as did the other rooms facing the street - but there were two sets of doors with double glass and also the standard Madrid external metal shutters. Little to no noise comes in from outside - but there was some noise from the apartments above us.

Empecemos por lo básico. Es un hostal y no un hotel. Y no es un hostal que pretenda ser un hotel. Es un hostal que se siente muy cómodo siendo un hostal. Dicho lo cual, me he quedado con hostales con una buena cama, con un soporte de la ducha que funcionara, y que tuvieran un pequeño escritorio. Este hostal no tiene nada de eso. Eso sí, está muy bien situado. Vine para pasar una noche, no fue el fin del mundo, pero si tengo que volver a pasar una noche en esa zona miraré otras opciones.

Very clean

The room was very small no space to put suitcase . No wardrobe, only a small shelf only bed , no window in the room.

Although nearby a metro station, it isn't in tourist relevant area. My experience was just ok, the place is old and kept to the minimum to be a sufficient accommodation. The size of the room was also extremely small. It's ok if it's the cheapest possible option.

The location is ok but the rooms are too small you can't even turns around

This is a perfectly wonderful budget hotel in the heart of the city. It was clean, water was hot, wifi worked well, and the room had a small balcony. Staff was friendly, and the neighborhood is great. Easy access to the metro to all parts of the city, very easy to get to the airport. You can't get better for this price.

Muy buenas instalaciones

Bueno el hostal Deben arreglar los llavines de las puertas algo molesto de abrir

El aire acondicionado es centralizado (no lo puede regular el cliente). Conseguir ver en el televisor el canal deseado es una aventura. Desde la habitación se escucha todo lo que pasa en el pasillo y en otras habitaciones. La cisterna no funciona bien y está siempre haciendo ruido. Aunque te hayan cobrado ellos, se niegan a hacerte factura si has reservado a través de una web y no directamente con ellos (yo reservé con Hoteles.com que también se niegan a hacerme factura porque dicen que me la tiene que hacer el hotel...). En fin, la peor experiencia hotelera que he tenido en mi vida.

Perfecto para lo que necesitaba

A pocos pasos del Metro, con muchas opciones para comer. Un básico si sólo buscas dormir una noche. No es lujoso, pero sí e atienden con mucha amabilidad.

Buona soluzione a prezzo accettabile per chi gradisce il bagno in camera. Meteo molto vicina. Spazi ridotti. Per passare la notte è ok.

Die Unterkunft ist einfach, aber alles Nötige ist vorhanden. Täglicher Zimmerservice, neben Metro-Anschluss. Genau, wie ausgeschrieben. Top Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Ich werde es weiter empfehlen.

Súper bien, solo me falló la señal Wi-fi, quedan súper cerca 2 estaciones del metro Alvarado y Cuatro Caminos, te puedes trasladar a puntos importantes de la Ciudad, Plaza Mayor, Gran Vía, Puerta del Sol, Estación de arte.

Habitacion muy limpia y comoda. El personal muy atento y servicial. El metro de la estacion alvarado casi en la puerta. Sin duda volvere!!!

J'ai aimé mon aventure dans la ville de Madrid, qui est une magnifique ville. En ce qui concerne mon séjour à l'Hostal Abitum Madrid, j'ai aimé sa proximité à la station de métro, très facile à localiser, le quartier est calme et vivant, l'hôtel est propre, et son personnel est très courtois.
