Very nice place if you want to minimize high cost of hotel in city centre I enjoyed my two night stay there

Clean room

My colleague used an automated locker terminal located at the hotel LSA Campos by Numa for storing the suitcase when he had to change the room due to new reservation. Instead of the standard 6-digit numerical PIN, the machine issued an invalid alphabetical code both times, making it impossible to open the locker. He was charged €10 twice (total €20) due to that error. I have already contacted the hotel and they said that another company is the sole operator of these lockers. Refund of €20 was not processed.

My colleague attempted to use the luggage locker machine during checkout following a room change under a new reservation. As a result, we were unable to access the locker. Despite the service not being provided due to this apparent system malfunction, my colleague was charged €10 twice, for a total of €20. I have already contacted the hotel, and they said its not their responsibility since the locker is owned by other company. It is not acceptable to be charged for a service that could not be used due to wrong PIN code

Nice apartment some noise from other guests

All good except three things: 1. Noisy location near air plane talking off path and also, heavy train noise 2. Room was not very well insulated to noise, could hear every words people saying outside my room door 3. The Kiosk check in is ok but online should be preferred

Staff was very friendly & helpful, they are greeting the visitor at the entrance & explaining everything. Room was very clean, there were quite a few Mercados around, coffee places, and a few restaurants as well. It’s very close to the Lisbon International Airport, but not so close to Lisbon downtown.

The staff try to help as much as possible.

As was comfortable and had everything we needed.about an hour walk to the city centre.

It is a perfect place for a family trip, the room has all the basic amenities. And I want to highlight the exceptional communication, the professionalism and efficiency of the staff. Thank you .

The place itself was lovely - clean, spacious and comfortable. Sophia greeted us and helped us check in (and gave us directions to downtown, as well as organized our airport taxi for us- she was wonderful!). The couch was most uncomfortable (but we didn’t need it). The communication was non- existent; I sent several messages the days prior with some questions, and never got a single response. I also never got the code to actually enter the building. After waiting outside of the building for a while, Sophia happened to see us and let us in. She then helped us with the automated (on a touchscreen screen) check-in process. If it wasn’t for Sophia happening to come by when she did, I really don’t know how we would have been able to get in. The place really needs to work on their communication- it was a very unsettling experience overall, until we ran into Sophia.

Lovely room just what we needed for the night. We enjoyed the planes going overhead too!

Wasn’t sure when we first arrived but it was excellent. We returned for two more stays over two weeks.
