Glass door to the bathroom is a bit odd but my wife of 20 years seem to get passed it

We could not get the air conditionaire to work. There was nearly no water pressure in the faucet and just as we left, the toilet stopped flushing. Initially when we arrived at the room the TV did not work. But with some fiddling with the cables on the back of it, we were able to get it working again.

The hotel is fairly priced for the very bare amenities offered, but the issue with the plumbing is unacceptable. Our shower flooded and the bathroom sink drained very slowly. The reception is not reachable by phone despite there being a phone in the room. When we went to ask for a squeegee we were offered extra towels to put on the floor and an apology. The WiFi password is not proactively offered anywhere and we also had to go downstairs and ask for that. It was a bit ridiculous. Would not stay again.

Fantastic room that was very clean and had easy access to the airport. Air conditioner didn’t work in our room and it was hard to sleep.

The room was beautiful and modern and the beds were far enough apart to be comfortable for a brother and sister sharing but the bathroom facilities all had see through glass which made it awkward. You can't stay with anyone other than your spouse comfortably.

We had no AC. NOT GOOD AFTER 12 hours of travel. We eventually switched rooms after unpacking. Was annoying. And exhausting.

I ran into some issues with the flinty front desk gal in my initial attempt to check in. The other woman working the desk was very friendly and professional. This is a very basic hotel in primarily targeting people coming in and out of the airport. For that it works just fine, but I was a little dismayed to see pretty significant mold growing in the shower of this relatively new and otherwise clean looking establishment. If I was flying out of Porto again, I would probably look for a different option.

We love the room layout, it works very well for our needs. Room was clean and we were offered all the commodities we required before our flight next day.

This hotel is just 12 minutes walking distance to the airport. Our flight is in the early morning. We did not even need to take a taxi. Very convenient.

The option of the airport shuttle was quoted at €40 for a 3 min drive . So it’s best to walk , but it’s not a straightforward walk .

The check in was a bit late
