Perfect location, friendly staff, very clean, and amazing rooftop views. My only complaint is that the fitness center is clearly outdated. There's one multi-purpose lifting machine that has wires sticking out and pieces missing.

Fantastic location, within walking distance to old town and beaches. Really clean throughout. Breakfast offering constantly restocked and fresh. All staff friendly and helpful, only criticism would be the hotel bar closed at 10.30 so if you want a nightcap make sure you’re back in time.

I took the night train from Madrid to San Sebastian and arrived around 11:00pm. The hotel location is near the train station which suited my needs. The staff was friendly and let me do a late check-out. The room was smaller then expected and maybe not worth 500 euros per night. Overall, a gorgeous hobby right near the river!

We loved it, especially the staff. It’s small but the rooms were lovely, the ‘Japanese’ toilet was great fun!

We absolutely love our stay here. The staff were lovely, particularly Daniel & Lide. The room was fab (never quite worked out the light system! Ha ha) It’s in a perfect spot too, staggering distance from the main train station and just a hop across the bridge to the Maria Christina Hotel & the Old Town

Great location and nice small room. June at front desk was very nice and I got to check in early. Bar staff are terrible though. Two of the 3 times I went to the bar to order a drink they were busy but never once even acknowledged me. That all it would have needed. Instead both times I walked away and gave up. And saw them treat other guests the same way. Otherwise a nice place to stay.

Lovely hotel, reception very helpful and friendly, modern super clean room, comfy bed and smart super clean bathroom. Perfect location, walkable to all main areas. Didn’t use breakfast facilities but all looked very good.

I can’t think of a better property to acquaint yourself with San Sebastián, as it’s located within walking distance to pretty much everything, and very close to the vibrant nightlife of Gros (yet still in a relatively quiet area). The staff are marvelous and attentive, the breakfasts are spot-on, and the rooms are well-appointed. I’ll stay here again for sure. Recommended!

Very nice hotel walking distance to all the cool spots. It also had good breakfast and rooftop bar. Prices very reasonable for the area.

Really enjoyed our stay at the ABBA. The location is ideal and easily walkable to the old town, just a few minutes over the bridge, very safe! The staff were all very helpful and always gave us a warm reception. Loved the rooftop bar in the late afternoon before heading out to dinner.
