They kept a giant birthday cake for me in the kitchen and I am very appreciative.

It was great! This hotel is top rated for cleanliness, friendly and the breakfast was delicious. I love the glass shower doors and the size of the shower.

We had just had a terrible experience at another hotel and when we approached Miss Kate (The Brave One), she was so apologetic and concerned for our situation. She made sure we got checked in quickly and made our night so much better! We appreciated her kindness.

Great hotel, stay here everytime we come to Ft Smith

$50 held on my card was held for half a week after checkout. They said it wouldn’t even be charged then said it would fall off when I checked out. Neither were true, fell off late Wednesday after a Sunday checkout.

This was a wonderful stay. Super clean and staff is friendly. Beds were comfortable and rooms were clean. Breakfast was good.

Housekeeper did not clean bathroom and collected the used towells.

I booked a room with 2 beds. When I arrived at the hotel, they told me that all the rooms with 2 beds were occupied and offered me a room with 1 bed. I was with my brother, and we needed 2 beds. I had to rent a suitable room at another hotel across the street for an additional fee. They refused to refund my own money.
