Great place for family, comfortable beds with cosy sofa area. Simple kitchen with basic amenities. However, it will be great if there’s a wipe cloth given for the kitchen as it gets wet easily around the wash basin area. Love the dryer inside the shower room, as clothes get dry without being crumple.

Actually we bought coffee outside the hotel and i guess it is not running by the hotel. The coffee is good.

Loved our stay at this Fav hotel. The room was modern, well appointed, spacious and had amazing laundry facilities. Very comfortable and clean, as everywhere in Japan. Staff were attentive and friendly. Very easy check-in and check-out. Would totally recommend.

This is a new concept hotel. It has very few staff and almost all functions rely on the guests accessing various functions. It is intentionally impersonal. If I were staying for a week or more I might have come to like it. For a short visit, I did not.

a staff helped us with check in and it was easy and efficient. Room was very spacious for Japan standard. There were dead mosquitos, body hair and blood stain found in the new bed. Everything else was very clean tho. Self check out. They offer free locker for you to store your suitcases in case you need to take them later. Few minutes walk to train station and main shopping streets. Very convenient.

The room is spacious and quiet. Able to make simple breakfast in the room for the family, very nice!

Room was nice a spacious. Had a washing machine in the room for laundry. A little dusty in some places but overall pretty good!

The hotel price is expensive. FAV is a little far away from Takamatsu station and there is no breakfast. The parking lot needs to reserve first and it’s not free. The good points are large room space with laundry machine in the room.

Toilet without a sink to wash hand are inconvenient. The kitchen only for decoration. Limited place for phone chargers.

Convenience stores and train station nearby. Very quiet residential area. Room w 4 beds for 5 adults, very comfortable space. Stayed two nights. Call ahead if late check in to get information for check in. Self service hotel so very little interaction with staff. Minimize luggage so you can take kotoden train to hotel from takamatsu JR station.
