My family had a great experience here. The hotel provides baby cots. The pool area with 3 water levels is great for kids. The breakfast buffet has a variety of dishes that are easy to eat.

Location, facilities, hygiene, staff, etc. are all very good. But the quality of breakfast, in my opinion, is a bit monotonous, the taste is more for foreigners (Vietnamese people do not like it).

The hotel has new furniture and beautiful space. However, the deluxe room design is cramped, especially the bathroom is very small so it is inconvenient to move around, you have to turn here and there and bump into each other. The hotel towels are torn and worn and not changed. The breakfast is not delicious.

I booked a room through the app, clearly stating 2 adults and 2 children, a 5 year old and a 6 year old. When I arrived at the hotel, the receptionist informed me of an additional charge of 300k for a 6 year old child. The receptionist's attitude was very impolite.

There is nothing to complain about. The hotel has beautiful decor, beautiful and aesthetic interior, everything is very good from room quality to service and location. The hotel is in the city center and near the beach, very convenient. Highly recommend to everyone when coming to Quy Nhon to play.

Everything was fine, except when I checked out at 6am and the receptionist didn't even look at the guest, didn't say a word of thanks to the guest, his face didn't seem happy but I think that when providing service, you should be cheerful and friendly to the customer. Because of this service attitude, my family will not choose this hotel again next time.
