Upon arrival, the reservation hadn't yet been entered into the hotel system. There was a long wait for the reservation to be confirmed. Parking was a hassle. Even though I told them I was leaving, they still told me to park, and the staff wasn't clear about it. Upon entering the room, the bathroom water was empty, so I had to fill it before I could shower. There was no water heater. I won't be returning again and I wouldn't recommend this to anyone.

The room is very large, and it's not noisy even though the rooms are close together. It's really great.
