I booked Bach Duong hotel but when I arrived to check in, the staff said the room lock was broken and took me to another hotel to check in. At first, I was ok, but when I got there, it was really bad. The room was damp and had a musty smell. But it was dark so I accepted it. At night, when I slept, I heard running and knocking on the door. Then I heard some kind of repair. It was really bad. I booked 2 rooms. Coincidentally, both rooms were broken. In the morning, I booked a car and heard the driver say that there was no way the lock could be broken and it wouldn't be fixed all day.
The experience was really bad. It was like hanging a goat's head and selling dog meat. The photo was taken for a hotel with a clean room. When the guest arrived, they would take them to another hotel to check in. So my experience is that if the hotel reports like that, you should cancel the room, get a refund, book another hotel, or at least check if the new room is the same as the photo on the app before accepting it.
