Overall, it’s okay — you get what you pay for. Check-in and check-out were easy, and the staff was helpful. The room and bathroom are quite small. Cleanliness: 7/10. One coffee cup hadn’t been washed and still had coffee stains.

I had trouble sleeping because the room smelled, the bed sheets and pillows smelled very bad, there were mosquito bites, poor soundproofing, the noise from the hotel itself, not the noise from the street. That bad thing made me have severe insomnia while I had a cold. Even though there are homestays with simple accommodations, they still keep the smell to a minimum. Never had such a bad experience! Normal staff, good surrounding amenities!

Friendly and enthusiastic staff, for me good service attitude is always the biggest plus point, this can compensate for other shortcomings. The hotel is centrally located so it is convenient to move to entertainment areas and my workplace. However, when I first entered the room, there was a slight smell like glue, plastic or strong detergent, very unpleasant. But after opening the balcony door for a while, it went away. Hopefully the hotel will improve this. In short, it is worth using for the price. I will still use the service here when I return to HCM next time.

The location is quite convenient, near the center, there are many foods around, and two convenience stores on both sides. The items in the room are not new, but quite clean.
