The staff are friendly, the cleanliness is good, and the check-in and check-out process is very short.

The bed smelled of cigarettes, even though I took a non-smoking room. The sheets were itchy and dirty.

I just checked in and had a very unpleasant experience. The shower water was very low. I informed the technician, but he replied, "That's how the water is, sir. That's the strongest." Even though I had a premier room. Very unpleasant.

Some of my concerns: 1. To enter the lobby area, you have to climb quite a steep staircase. This is very uncomfortable for those with small children or the elderly. 2. I booked a premier room. The photo shows a large size, but the actual room is cramped and different from the photo. 3. For a 4-star hotel, the breakfast menu options are very limited, and it seems mediocre.

The hotel was nice and comfortable, with friendly service. The air conditioning in the room wasn't cold enough, and we responded quickly when we reported it. Thankfully, the food was pretty good, and there was a decent variety, with quite a few options. 👍

Next time I'll be back again with my whole family.
