1. Upon entering the room, there was an unpleasant odor, like dampness.
2. The bathroom door didn't close properly.
3. The TV was smart, but the Wi-Fi in the room was very weak. It would have been nice to have an antenna so we could at least get the news.
4. The breakfast options were limited.
5. When something ran out, someone had to inform us to refill it.
6. Chicken porridge was provided, but it was more like mushy rice. It wasn't even fully cooked.
7. The names of the dishes didn't match the food served.
8. The food tasted mediocre.
9. There were no small spoons even though there was tea, coffee, and pudding.
Sorry, but I don't think I'd return. Although the location is close to the town square, Jember is a small city, so a little distance doesn't make much of a difference. So, I'd be more satisfied choosing a hotel a little further away.
