It was a solid place for its price. Neat and clean.

The hotel was very nice to stay in, clean and tidy, and the furniture was in excellent condition. Compared to capsule hotels, this is a better choice. The downside is that it's located on a small road (about one car's driveway), and when the AC was turned on a few times, it seemed to suck in odors from outside (I don't know if this was due to maintenance or if it's just a regular occurrence). I would stay again.

The staff are all friendly, the rooms are also clean, but they are quite small but so far so good.

The room is considered okay for a solo traveler, just enough to sleep. The location is okay. Near to Sarinah and you can walk to Plaza Indonesia as well as Bundaran HI MRT. But from the main road to Cool Living, be careful as it gets darker at night. Breakfast is okay, just one plate of fried rice.

I really like staying here. It's strategically located near Sarinah and offers plenty of hangout options.

Good experience in general, but mind you the wall is very thin. I could hear almost everything from a room two or three doors from me. That being said, maybe not your best option if you bring kids.

The wall is very thin. You can hear your neighbors three doors away from yours. Yes, quite everything, especially at night. So, it won’t suit a family stay. If you’re alone, then it’s fine. Also note that the room is pretty small. I’m in Deluxe single. Location is very central, very close to MRT station.

Overall, the room, staff, and cleanliness were great. It's a great place to stay for some quiet me-time. It's close to GI and has plenty of food stalls. The rooftop is a bit less clean, but the staff are friendly nonetheless. It's a great hotel.

For a budget hotel, it's okay... The service is quite good, although for prayers you have to go to the prayer room on the ground floor because there isn't enough space for a single room, and the downside is that if you come home in the middle of the night, the gate is already down so vehicles can't enter.
