Unfortunately, there's a curfew and a gate, and it's definitely not suitable for those who like to explore. The staff is friendly, and everything else is safe. My suggestion is to increase your budget a bit and move to a hotel at the front, which doesn't have a curfew, meaning it's open 24 hours.

Stayed here for 2 days. The booking was made via the app to Griyo Kulo Syariah, but it stated check-in through Hotel Keprabon. It turned out not to be at Griyo Kulo Syariah, but at Ndalem Tengah, which is under the same management as Hotel Keprabon. And this is my second stay here, still directed to Ndalem Tengah 1. The room smelled of rat feces while I was away on vacation, even though the AC was on. What if it wasn't turned on, wouldn't it smell worse? The bathroom smelled of urine, even though it was clean after use, but as soon as I entered, there was that urine smell. There were no soap, toothbrush/shampoo, or bathroom freshener, and the bathroom had no towel hanger. The hotel environment was okay, quiet, but as quiet as a test of courage. And the opening hours are from 5:00 AM to 11:00 PM at the latest. So exploring Solo felt rushed, uncomfortable, afraid of the hotel portal gate being closed. Please tell me where to book, it should be at their place, even though it is under the same management as Hotel Keprabon. Sorry, just suggestions and criticism from me to improve the hotel facilities under the same management as Hotel Keprabon 🙏🏻

The place is very comfortable, even though it's on the side of the road and isn't noisy at night. And the accommodation is very close to the Batara Kresna train station.

Enough for a short stay in Solo.

Don't open the windows of empty rooms to prevent animals from entering because the room smells of animal urine, and the bathroom also smells.

The staff was very helpful during check-in and check-out. The rooms were clean. The location is strategically located in the city center, close to culinary centers and tourist attractions.

The hotel staff is friendly, close to Mangkunegaran, clean water, large, comfortable rooms, AC is on, parking is quite spacious, clean, comfortable.

So far it's good because it's very close to Tugu and Malioboro, so you can just walk, it's in the middle of the city so it's not far to go anywhere.

I happened to get a room on the second floor, but the air conditioning was so cold that I had to sleep on the floor because it was so stuffy. However, the staff was very friendly, and the hotel's location is also very convenient, close to everything. Maybe I was just unlucky to get a room with a malfunctioning AC, making it hot and stuffy. Perhaps the hotel management could replace or repair the AC as soon as possible.

So there are 2 types of rooms here, ageng and alit. The ageng is big and is on the 2nd floor but the AC is not cold at all. Initially I booked an ageng room, because the AC was not cold, I finally asked to change rooms to alit (on the ground floor). Well, this alit type only has 3 rooms. For griyo kulo, there are 5 rooms in total. For the alit room, there are no windows, but the room and bathroom are clean. The toilet does not have a water spray. The guard is friendly, asking to change rooms because the AC is not cold is allowed. Overall, it is comfortable for those who travel solo for several days and are on a low budget. Oh yes, for water, buy it at alfagift because there are no stalls or minimarkets around the inn. For food, there are more cafes around the hotel

For those looking for budget accommodation, Griya Kulo Syariah is suitable. The location is also in the middle of the city
