The staff were not friendly at all, even the clothes they wore were very casual (t-shirts and shorts). The accommodation did not match the existing pictures. Sorry, the place is quite shabby and does not reflect the accommodation. Please check the staff again when preparing the room, how come the sheets are torn. The towels are so dirty that they are black. And the most annoying thing is that you still have to add money because the app said the price is not the same. In the app the price is around 84k but when you arrive at the location you have to add money because it says the price per night is 130k. I really regret not looking at the reviews first because I was tempted by the cheap price.

Don't even try to book this hotel, as I, from Lampung, saw that it didn't match the pictures: the walls were plywood and narrow. Going forward, Traveloka should be more careful when marketing this hotel.

In my entire life at this bar, I checked in and found the receptionist wearing nothing but pajamas and was very unfriendly. No matter how careless a hotel is, this is the first time I've found a hotel like this.

Kamar mandi hanya cukup untuk closet saja mandi d atas closet gimana coba?, tidak ada keran atau washtavel jd mau sikat gigi pake shower 😁.
