The bed is very comfortable, the air is cool, the view is great, the bathroom is clean, it's a shame there's no kettle in the room anymore, and yesterday I found the glass dirty and crusty, but otherwise it's really good.

The staff was very friendly. The room was comfortable, I liked it. It's conveniently close to the town square. It's also convenient for families. The hot water in the bathroom also works well. The view from the balcony is stunning.

I've been here twice, and I'm back because I love staying at Njd. The rooms are okay, the views are okay, but the location is currently closed, so the traffic is definitely tiring, but I still love coming here. Good luck to Njd.

All the services are good... the water heater is normal, the food is delicious and quite affordable, so far everything is comfortable... The downside is the TV isn't very useful in room 302... it only has 7 channels and the network is unstable. There's no spoon for stirring coffee or tea. Toiletries like soap are too runny and don't lather well, and the shampoo is too runny. There's no Qibla direction, but a prayer mat and Quran are provided. However, I'll bring my family there next time.

CONCLUSION: EVERYTHING IS OKAY, BUT PLEASE FIX THE MINUS ISSUE IMMEDIATELY. THANK YOU.

Second time staying here with the same room type, very comfortable

The room is not soundproof, the sheets are full of stains and the mattress is not only noisy but also sags, so sleeping is not comfortable, please pay attention, and you cannot upgrade to another room.

I got a room with a street view, but the view above the room was a pump and a sink drain. Imagine sleeping soundlessly, and the sound of running water was really disturbing. So, my intention to relax and unwind ended up being stressed because I couldn't sleep well. Also, please change the mattress. I got one that was about to collapse. The staff suggested moving rooms, but all the recommended rooms had the same mattress. As a result, I didn't want to move, and now my husband and I are sore from sleeping on bad beds. The bathroom also has a small water tap, and the toilet washer jet is covered in black mold. The bathroom mirror is dirty, with lots of water stains that haven't been cleaned. Honestly, my body itches after leaving. It's expensive, around 500, so I'd rather stay in the villa next door. It's the same price, but with better facilities and definitely soundproofing.

The place is super clean. The staff is friendly. The room and bathroom are clean, smell nice, and everything is brand new. I'm hooked and will definitely stay here again when I visit Puncak, as it's easy to get everywhere.

I think this villa should be nice. But it's a shame that the soundproofing is zero. Seriously, whatever sounds come from next door can be heard clearly by us. Gosh, especially the sound of the husband and wife's activities is really disturbing. Because the upper partition is only made of GRC.. that's the only minus.. and the mini pool, I don't know if they will be replaced or not. The point is, after swimming in the mini pool, my husband and I immediately had itchy bumps all over our bodies.. the outdoor pool is safe and doesn't smell 🙏🏻

This is my fourth time here and I booked the Royal Suite. It's so peaceful, relaxing, and I can check in early if the room is ready. I really like the service, so I don't have to wait for check-in because they arrive early. Thank you, ma'am.

The hotel facilities are quite good, the only downside is that there is no air conditioning in the room, so it's hot when you sleep at night, so you have to open the balcony. When you open it, you can hear the sound of the river or vehicles.
