The location is very close to the city center so all the agendas ran smoothly during my stay at this hotel, only the hotel gate is a bit hidden so I missed the time to return to the hotel several times, but otherwise it was OK.

The hotel is almost 400,000 in my opinion, it's still okay, the only minus is the bathroom, the shower handle is broken but it's still used, it's surprising, I'm afraid that another guest will think it's broken even though it's already broken, especially in room 210, the soap is empty only the place, the TV and AC are okay, the wifi is very slow, the location at night is not visible from the road because the hotel is located at the back, the staff is friendly except for the security guard who is on duty outside who is silent like a robot, if possible, a refrigerator can be added so that it can cool something and the most unpleasant thing is that the room is not soundproof, the staff is noisy when cleaning the C.O's room, and when there are small children, it's already noisy at dawn.

The Wi-Fi was intermittent on the 5th floor, but overall it was comfortable and made me feel at home. I would stay here again if I were in Mojokerto again.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. The Wi-Fi was incredibly slow and kept disconnecting, which was frustrating, especially if you need to work or stream. I also noticed what looked like a blood stain on the blanket, which was quite off-putting and should definitely not be overlooked during housekeeping. Additionally, the water dispenser wasn’t checked regularly by the staff, so at times there was no drinking water available, which was inconvenient. That being said, aside from those issues, the overall service and hospitality were great. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the other facilities themselves were comfortable and well-maintained. If they can improve the cleanliness checks and attend more regularly to basic amenities like water and internet, this place would be a fantastic option.
