The hotel is clean and not far from 7-Eleven. The staff are friendly.

The room is nice, clean, and the staff are very friendly. The reception is welcoming and very helpful. Currently, there 's no water flow due to flooding, which is a problem throughout Chiang Mai and is understandable. I've stayed here several times, and there 's a recurring issue: the cleaning staff talk on their phones while cleaning, and the noise carries into my room. This is because the room doesn't block sound at all, so you can hear everything happening in the hallway outside.
