Phenomenal service thanks to Putri – The hotel itself is okay. I stayed at this hotel and would like to highlight one aspect in particular that made my stay unforgettable: the service at the reception by Putri. I have rarely experienced such outstanding helpfulness! Since I had to travel to Rammang Rammang the next day, Putri proactively helped me organize a driver. In parallel, I had contacted two other local drivers myself and received completely exaggerated prices ranging from 750,000 to 1.5 million IDR. Putri, the good soul of the hotel, managed to organize a reliable driver for me for an unbeatable 200,000 IDR for the entire 4-hour trip. On top of that, she also helped me arrange a scooter ride to a restaurant. We stayed in touch very easily via WhatsApp so she could coordinate the driver to pick me up again. Her English is excellent, which was an enormous help for me as a tourist. Her incredibly friendly and helpful nature is definitely not something you take for granted – a huge and heartfelt thank you again, Putri! As for the hotel itself: it was okay. The bed was a bit smudgy and there were a few ants in the room. For me personally, it wasn't too much of a bother and stayed within reasonable limits, but it is worth mentioning. On the positive side, the breakfast buffet looked good. Conclusion: If you are looking for a decent place to stay and want to experience the absolute best service from Putri, this is the place. The stay was worth it for her support alone!

The hotel is clean, fragrant, the receptionist is friendly, the room is also clean and quiet. One thing that needs to be considered is the bathroom is slippery because you have to use the bathroom floor specifically for this bathroom, use the bathroom floor. I almost fell in the bathroom because the floor is smooth, when I got hit by liquid soap, I slipped. I'm not careful, "BS is just a guest. That's just a minus. I don't know what kind of breakfast I didn't have time to go to the restaurant for breakfast because I was tired from the long trip from MKS, I got stuck on the MTR and SKT, after the morning prayer, I continued to sleep. For TDR, prepare more. If you get stuck, don't forget to stay at the hotel. There is a cool mall in front of the hotel

Strategic location, near the mall, there is a minimarket in front, near places to eat too, the receptionist service is quite good.

The towels in the room are gray so they don't look clean.

The price is quite pricy for the standard of the hotel. The advantage is the strategic location & probably the most "decent" in Sengkang.

Staying here is one of the hotel choices in the Mantap Regency, surrounded by entertainment venues for families.

If possible, use soundproofing for live music, so that the sound doesn't rise into the room. Some visitors are disturbed. Sometimes we go to a hotel and need peace 😅 but overall the service is good.
