For the room, everything is overall okay.. and breakfast is also simple.. worth it in my opinion But because I got a room in the old part of the house The floor is a bit noisy.. sounds when walking And the room is not very soundproof.. so if the next room is still chatting and laughing at night it will be heard in the room we occupy.. The service is also okay.. the receptionist is also kind and friendly The parking lot is also spacious Clean and comfortable rooms Not far from the city either.. only access to Sapo Karo Aqak is a bit dark at night

The environment, the rooms are all clean and comfortable. Close to the market. The breakfast is delicious. But the heater can only be used at night, I don't know why. Overall very satisfying.

The sheets and pillow cases smell and are uncomfortable to use, the shower and sink handles are broken. The room is a bit less clean

Based on my and my wife's experience, I try to give a balanced assessment. - Comfortable and clean room. - Clean toilet in my and my wife's room. - Parking is quite spacious, fits a car. - Responsive and friendly service (yesterday the toilet seat had a leaking hose, we asked for help, the hose was immediately replaced). - Fast check in and check out without many administrative frills, my wife and I ordered online. Just say the name and you can enter. - The heater is not working, probably out of gas, we have asked to be checked, but the condition of the employees who are ready are only two women and older sisters so they may not be held because in the morning they are cooking breakfast for guests. But it's okay, no problem, the important thing is that the water is flowing smoothly. - The location is close to the center of Berastagih city, so it is not difficult to find food and drinks at night and during the day, because there is no restaurant/cafe at the inn. - Breakfast is provided (fried rice with omelet + sweet tea), for my and my wife's tongue, the fried rice is delicious and slightly spicy just right for the cold weather. Input:- Increase the number of hotel service team, especially men.- Increase the number of TV channels using setup box, because in my room there were only 7 TV channels and 3 of them were the same. We didn't take any photos, because we didn't think about it. Overall, my wife and I had a good experience with Sapo Karo Rest House. Hopefully it will be even better in the future. God Bless.

initially with such a price I wanted to give 5 stars, but on the second day of our stay they told me to move to a room, with the reason that the room had already been booked and paid for. We have already paid off, but we were forced to move, then they said that because the family owns the hotel, so we have to move, they didn't apologize or say soft words, they even insisted as if we didn't pay. then the second day's food is just 1 egg fried noodles for Brapa. The bottom line is that the service makes it uncomfortable, but it's okay for the room to be that way

The service is very, very BAD, before staying overnight I was asked to pay for everything, I paid 1/4, the rest was paid when checking out, but I was accused of not wanting to pay to the boss, even though I never said I didn't want to pay, I wanted to be thrown out again by the husband and wife waiters, when did I say I didn't want to pay? The waiter couldn't answer? Is it okay for a guest to be thrown out just because of a misunderstanding? No need to pay, I won't stay there again.

Seprei nya tidak bersih, sarapannya menunggu lama, dan pelayanannya sangat kurang.

Bagus dan bersih. Ada kakak-kakak dan lelaki ramah banget. Full senyum. Tp pas pagi ada 1 ibuk-ibuk jutek banget. Kalo dimintai tolong selai merengut. Minta air dibilang habis padahal masih ada. Kalo bapak dan ibu yang malem itu malah dimasuki air nya buat kita. Ibu-ibu pagi yang jutek itu dimintai tolong ambilin foto juga ga ikhlas.

Sangat-sangat worth it dan yang paling penting superr bersih, kamarnya nyaman, ada water heater cocok dengan udara di berastagi. Cuma minusnya kemaren airnya sempat mati sbntr. Overall recommend sih dengan harga segitu.

Kamarnya bersih, tempat tidur nyaman. Tapi sarapan pagi batas jam setengah 9. Pelayanan kurang ramah.

I had one night stay here, overall room layout is nice but my friend 's room don't have lock from inside and we were allocated at rooms at the 1st floor, it will be dangerous especially for the ladies.

The room smells, the service is unpleasant, the water in the bathroom is dead, the water faucet is broken, because the water doesn't turn on, we go out for a while, well, in the end, the water is alive & everything is flooded because the water faucet suddenly turns on and the room is flooded , really unpleasant thing.

Average place, nice location. Avoid if possible. Poor water pressure, this was very putting off, but the staff didn't seem too bothered by it!

Kami pesan pada hari Jumat yang mana besok Sabtu tanggal merah. Kami berangkat sore dari Medan. Hasilnya macet. Takut kelamaan check-in. Saya hubungi pengelola hotel. Ini kali ke dua kami menginap di sini. Tempat tidur sangat nyaman, air panas hidup, saluran tv hidup. Yang pertama kami di kamar no 4 di dalam gedungnya (rumah). Yang ke kedua kali kami di kamar 2A lantai 2 dekat pinggir jalan dengan pemandangan kebun-kebun orang gitu. Sarapan dapat teh manis dan mie hun goreng (harga hotel + sudah termasuk 2 porsi). Mau nambah? Boleh pesan 1 porsi lagi, yang tentunya bayar lagi dong. Gak mahal kok. Seporsi nasi putih mie hun teh manis tambah 1 lagi hanya 20.000. Worth it lah. Akan kembali lagi kesini.

Tidak ada AC dan tidak ada restoran hanya dikasih indomie goreng.

The service is okay, the people are friendly, the rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, the location is strategic, you can get breakfast for 2 people (fried noodles and sweet tea), if you want to add white rice / others, "add" again according to their respective needs. The bathroom is clean, it's just that you need to add carbolic acid to make it smell good. Hot water in the bathroom is smooth, the TV is on and the channel is smooth. Recommended!
