My family and I booked two rooms for the weekend. We were supposed to check in at 3 PM, but Le Palmier helped us check in at almost 2 PM, which was great.
However, regarding the room amenities: In our room, which housed my wife, myself, and our 2-year-old child, the hot water tap was broken and the water pressure was very weak. We had to wait until almost evening for assistance and for the hot water to be restored. My child had been swimming in the sea and had to shower with cold water, and so did my wife and I. My wife had a fever but had to shower with cold water to avoid missing our afternoon outing. Waiting for the hot water was very long and the pressure was very weak…
The staff in the lobby, whether due to the large number of guests or something else, were very indifferent. I was carrying my sleeping baby from the car down, and they just stood at the door, looked out, and walked away without even opening the door for me…! As shown in all the videos and advertisements, there are usually cakes and drinks to welcome guests, but when my family arrived, we received no assistance whatsoever, not even any cakes or drinks in the room…!!
My family left at 6:30 AM and missed the buffet for 5 adults because the restaurant didn't open until 7 AM… Meanwhile, my elderly parents had already woken up at 5 AM and couldn't wait until 7 AM for breakfast. My family left very early and received no friendly or enthusiastic service.
My experience was very unsatisfactory…
