Great experience at Radisson Hotel Danang – The most impressive thing is Ha Nguyen at the infinity pool! My family just had a 3-day, 2-night vacation at Radisson Hotel Danang and was really satisfied with the quality of service here. The hotel has a modern space, the rooms are very clean, fully equipped and always cleaned carefully every day. The reception team is friendly, enthusiastic and always ready to support whenever needed. The breakfast buffet service is very diverse, the dishes are rich, suitable for both adults and children in the family. The most impressive point of the vacation is the infinity pool area and especially the excellent service of Ha Nguyen - the pool area staff. Ha Nguyen is very enthusiastic, friendly, always happy to support guests. She not only makes delicious cocktails but also helps our whole family take beautiful souvenir photos. Thanks to your support, we had wonderful photos to preserve memorable moments in Da Nang. Thank you to the Radisson Hotel Da Nang team, especially Ha Nguyen. My family will definitely come back and recommend to friends and relatives!

I forgot my GC slippers for a whole day and a night outside the car park. The next day I remembered and the hotel was still enthusiastic in helping me find them. Check the camera. 10 points

Beautiful swimming pool, delicious breakfast buffet. Room is a bit small

Love the location, a stroll away from the My Khe Beach. Breakfast has a great variety to choose from and the food is of a good quality. Room is clean. If you choose the lowest price, you may end up with a room facing another wall.

I requested for 1 king bed but finally I got 2 bed on site. The others is good.

Cars arrive without a guide right in front, have to find a parking spot by themselves. In the lobby, there is no one on duty, the hotel has a standard price of 5 * but the service is really 1 *. Definitely never going back!

Phòng family view siêu đẹp ạ, phù hợp với gia đình. Bể bơi cũng đẹp. Buffet ăn sáng ngon. Nhân viên thân thiện nhiệt tình

Chất lượng phục vụ tốt nhân viên nhiệt tình tuy nhiên phòng hơi nhỏ nhưng sạch sẽ thoáng bữa sáng chưa phong phú nhưng ăn được. Điều tồi tệ là trước sảnh khách sạn có những taxi móc ngoặc với quán ăn điển hình là quán Cây Sung giá ở đây rất đắt chặt chém khách. Vì không có thông tin của xe taxi nên nhờ khách sạn cải thiện và phản ánh lại với thành phố để có biện pháp xử lý. Những taxi đỗ trước cửa khách sạn đều có móc ngoặc với quán ăn hoa hồng

I had an amazing stay at Radisson Hotel Da Nang. We stayed here for 2 nights with total 5 sea-view rooms. It takes less than 5 mins walking to the beach. The rooms are nice and clean with fully-equipped. Morning buffet is excellent with various choice (love the bread station). Big shout out to all the staffs in the hotel for delivering the best service to me and my family. Especially Mr. Hao, Mr. Thanh and all members from Front Office team. Just feel free to ask for their help and travel guidance, they will provide you with all the needed information. Definitely come back in the near future as the room rate is very reasonable for 5-stars service.

Don't think too much. Just book it! Guarantee it will not be easy for you to enjoy the 5 stars service with reasonable rate. Here at the Radisson Danang, you can have it all.

Nhân viên không chủ động trong việc giúp đỡ khách trong quá trình lưu trú tại đây. Tôi không hài lòng về nhân viên ở đây.

Good location, good breakfast, quiet, relaxing, met all our expectations. * * Bed is the join of 2 single beds.

New, beautiful hotel. Swimming pool, bar, Gym on the great roof. nice view. Very pleased. Breakfast is a bit lacking in variety, but I am not in this range. Will be back again and again

Not on par with 5 * hotel level. We booked a room on the app which clearly said option 2 twin beds or 1 king bed. As a couple, we asked for a king bed but the hotel rejected it and said we would have to pay extra fees for upgrade.

Lễ tân nhanh nhẹn và thân thiện dù khách sạn khá đông vẫn chuẩn bị phòng đúng giờ và hỗ trợ late checkout do chuyến bay về bị delay. Hồ bơi rooftop view đẹp và tràn viền luôn, có điều cũng là khách sạn 4-5sao mà cho 2 ly Welcome Drink là Trà Đá thì nó hơi cheap thôi. Nhà hàng buffet không có napkin mà lại sử dụng khăn giấy, đồ ăn cũng đầy đủ và khá ngon nhưng mà dù gì ở ĐàNẵng thì món nước nên có Mì Quảng hay Bún Bò chứ phở ăn nhiều ngày hơi ngán. Cũng cám ơn khách sạn đã set up hoa và bánh mừng sinh nhật bạn mình ❤️
