The hotel was actually comfortable, with spacious rooms. I just felt a bit under-maintained. The service was good, but it took a while to get something, possibly because it was busy.

The worst hotel I've ever been to. The floors were so dirty my feet were black. The shower leaked, the bathroom was clogged, and the AC was making noise.

The hotel room was like an apartment, except the balcony door couldn't be locked. The TV remote had dead batteries, but the food was plentiful.

The pool was so dirty, I wouldn't let my kids swim in it for fear of itching and it was so mossy. The hotel itself was clean. The pool was mossy, but because it was shared with the apartment, it wasn't well-maintained.

Thank God, I finally got a vacation with my family after being away for over a year because my husband was undergoing treatment. He's recovered now. Thank you all, for the friendly service, and the complete cooking equipment, so I could cook in my room. I thought there were only two rooms, but it turns out there are three, three beds, and two bathrooms. God willing, I'll come back sometime. Thank you all, and I hope you're all well.

Hotel management, please pay attention to the quality of the pool water. I was going to jump in but didn't because it was so dirty. There should be a waste filter system, or at least a filter every two days.
