This apartment is affordable with a strategic location near campuses. But has no air con and quite unclean with big wooden furnitures which makes it cramped and dark.

The room is nice but the atmosphere is a bit dark and feels cramped because the furniture is made of dark brown teak wood which looks heavy and big, the minus is because the room construction doesn't have a balcony for outdoor air conditioning, the room uses a portable air conditioner but it doesn't feel cold, because the outdoor heat exhaust has to be released through the window must be open.

The room floor is sticky and dirty. There are brooms, mops and trash cans behind the entrance. The furniture is large and fills the small room. There is a portable air conditioner placed on the chair (making the room even more crowded) and the hot air from the air conditioner is released through a large hose into the window. Anyway, the room is crowded. Dirty bathroom.
