Old hotel but the facilities are still well maintained, close to Lengkong night street food.

The staff is nice, friendly. It's also okay to bring children. Breakfast can be brought to the room. Anyway, I don't regret staying at Hotel Kumala 😍

The room was decent, clean, and comfortable enough. However, the amenities were quite limited, and there was only one sachet of coffee provided. The flooring was also a bit odd, as it felt uneven and slightly bumpy. The food was okay, but the parking situation was a little difficult. On the bright side, the hotel is conveniently located near Lengkong Street, so there are plenty of street food options nearby. Overall, it was a decent stay, especially if you’re looking for a convenient location close to lots of food options.

I checked in to this hotel through the app and was assigned a room on the second floor, room 203. Perhaps the most important thing to improve is the bathroom. Some suggestions for improvements include the bathtub not having a lid, preventing the water from flowing, and the bathroom door lock not being able to be locked. For a 2-star hotel, it's probably quite okay, with a few amenities that need improvement. Finally, I'd like to say thank you. We left something behind at check-out. Luckily, the office was responsive, and thankfully, we were able to retrieve it.

The lobby was clean, the breakfast was a bit lacking in variety, and the wallpaper in the room was peeling in the corners. Overall, the service and cleanliness were okay, thanks Kumala.

Strategic location near nightlife, but room cleanliness needs improvement. The food is also mediocre.

Old hotel, only one plug in the room. The kettle's cord is about to break.

The location is close to everything, behind the hotel's culinary district. Just a 1-kilometer walk to Braga, it's close to the town square and the Grand Mosque of Bandung. Awesome!

The staff was very friendly, and the room was clean. It just needs some renovation to make it more modern, especially since it's in the city center. Hopefully, Hotel Kumala can compete with other modern hotels. Everything else is fine. The bonus is that it's a short walk to the town square and Braga. There's plenty of food behind the hotel at night, and the soto (soto soup) for breakfast is delicious. Thank you.
