The hotel is being used for the council for conflictive families. Man smoking smelly herbs in the main door. It was not pleasant. It is a real shame since it is a great location and the room itself, and service were great. U just want feel safe to stay/sleep.

Good functional place, if a little soulless. Comfortable bed and sheets. Good shower. Wish there was real shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom, and enough coffee in the kitchen for the full stay. Was also a little too pricey.

it is a good option to visit Votoria, its close to the downtown and overall was a good experience, cheers!

No physical people

Really convenient for bus and tram, but Vitoria is also very walkable Supermarket next door, delis, cafes and wine bars, nearby Staff lovely We were very comfortable here

Good room, all amenities in room if you want to use them, good shower, bang in the city centre

Airco didn’t work and check in was not great. Room was Nice but we had nothing to clean the kitchen

Poor..very poor…checked in online..receiving a “pass key code”…then received further emails..demanding payment..I had prepaid. Concierge at Hotel just referred me to call centre.. Building smelled of sewage and there was no bedding for sofa bed..having specifically requested when bookng

The bathroom has not any place to put thing like shampu, toothpaste , etc etc No curtains or glasses in the shower so full of water on the floor and the toilet Rest of the apartment is ok

Perfecto para familia. Ponen cuna a demanda y está fenomenal. El servicio, ha sido excepcional. Todo nuevo. Sin duda volveremos.

El apartamento estaba en perfectas condiciones y nos dejaron un detalle de bienvenida. La ubicación es fantástica, cerca del centro y con un supermercado al lado.

Lo único difícil fue contactar el servicio de un taxi a las 6 de la mañana en fin de semana. Lo demás, fue muy bieno.

la habitación tenia un olor muy fuerte a tabaco . y cada día el olor era más fuerte, incluso con olor a comida de otros pisos. esto venía del sistema de ventilación principal interno del piso. he enviado muchos mensajes, solicitando un cambio de apartamento, informando que soy asmático y que tuve que dormir con la ventana abierta 2 noches. trás la no solución tuve que irme antes y buscar un otro hotel. ya que no he podido dormir.

En general bastante buena. No tenía claro el funcionamiento del hotel pero me adapte rápido, tema contraseñas de entrada al edificio y puerta de habitación. Algunos detalles menores que fueron resueltos por el personal de inmediato. Así que estoy conforme. Buena ubicación, tiene un supermercado en la planta baja y conseguí en donde aparcar sin problemas.

Muy mala experiencia el no tener recepción, ante un problema tuvimos que llamar a una centralita esperar 20’ y volver a llamar porque no vino nadie a solucionarlo…
