The rooms were clean and having the washing machine/dryer in the unit was golden. The location was perfect and across the river from the Temple Bar area and our tour departure points. I think perhaps more information should be given about requesting towels and having the room cleaned. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Great hotel great location but on a two night stay WiFi stopped after first night and password changed also room key stopped working but staff lovely and friendly always trying to assist

Nice clean hotel but we could not get into building, until some guests helped us. When we discussed with the host he apologized but we got placed in a room right next to noisy construction that woke us up early.

I could have spent a month in this spacious studio. Spacious, well designed and absolutely wonderful. Comfy bed. Good shower. New. Lobby, bar and coffee shop were great. Directly across the river from Temple Bar, so walkable to just about everything. Parking in the Jervos st parcade 1 block away.

Most rooms face a under construction building. The host kindly accepted to change my room for a quieter one. However I was woken up at 5 am by people partying loudly. Rooms are clean but dark. Lobby, lounge and breakfast are lovely.

Great place overall! Staff was great helping us with anything we needed.They went above and beyond to make our stay even better. This is also a great location as it is in the middle of everything. If we would visit Dublin again we would definitely stay here again.

Room was nice and location was very convenient. Staff was lovely and nice. But Vomit or food on towel discovered by my daughter when she got out shower and was towel drying her freshly washed hair. Construction outside of window that was non-stop and started incredibly early the first morning after arrival .

Laundry was handy!

Expedia doesn’t like me saying this hotel was “Not my cup of tea.” so I’m forced to write more. I’m glad the Zanzibar hotel wasn’t to my liking which forced me to go elsewhere: the Hilton in Kilmainham was wonderful and a better location for pets. Within a ten minute walk, The Zanzibar only had small patches of ground around the base of the trees across the street for visiting pets to do their business. Not only did the Hilton have very much larger patches of ground, but a huge park across the street. Yes, I looked at Google Maps before booking but the street view gave me a newer image which showed the green space behind the Zanzibar was now developed. I lost the money for a four or five day stay, but had peace of mind and a good stay at Hilton. Thanks Zanzibar Hotel!

Property is centrally located. Access to kitchen amenities a plus. Perhaps a few more dishes/glasses - only 2 of each provided so needed to wash up regularly. In unit laundry was advertised in the photos however this was not the case. Apparently guest laundry is available but not in the unit.

Great location in City Centre! Staff was very helpful! Really enjoyed our stay and would both recommend the hotel and go back!

You are paying to be close to most of the tourist attractions and restaurants. You are not paying for daily room cleaning (including having to deal with your own garbage). The place was decently clean, quiet and was nice to not have to eat out for all meals with a small kitchen and some basic appliances. Laundry for a long stay was appreciated also. The gym was small, hot and had 2 cardio machines. Staff were helpful and friendly. For the cost I would stay elsewhere in the future.

The microwave was hard to use. There was no cooktop in spite of the listing description. Other than that, it was good.

the staff that was at the facility was exceptional during my stay. From the check in counter to the bar, everyone was professional, helpful and friendly. The rooms and public spaces are clean and very well maintain. The location cannot be beat as well!

Apartment is relatively small. Half of the hotel is currently looking over a construction site. Lobby is very small and almost shared with a coffee shop. Wondering if a better location would be closer to the college campus.
