Great staff, super breakfast restaurant attached to hotel!!! Beautiful rooms.

Nice hotel. Bed and pillows way too soft for me. Ended up with a sore back.

No room cleaning unless asked. The front staff were wearing ear buds and not super attentive. Bed was good. Shower leaked all over the floor. Parking very hard to navigate.

Clean room friendly staff, basic amenities

Booked two rooms, was put in 2 accessible rooms despite not booking that room type, plus the 'folding' bench in the shower was broken in both rooms and separating from the tub leaving screws exposed. Mentioned both to front desk, only one was fixed. Plus shower heads were about mid-torso height, not ideal positioning with no where to move the shower head wand to place it higher. Both rooms had phantom noises both nights leading to broken sleep, there appears to be zero insulation to hallway noise, and a kids daycare right outside the window. Overall, will not stay here again even if cheaper than everywhere else. It's cheap for a reason.

The hotel has a nice decor, staff professional, spacious room, restaurant very convenient location.

Only stayed for one night, not much to say other than the bedroom was very nice and everything was clean and in working conditions

The room appeared clean with the exception of the floors which had fine dirt that infiltrated my socks, and a dirt mark on the white comforter. Otherwise, it was quiet and comfortable. The restaurant (not part of the hotel) provided an amazing breakfast.

Very clean in all areas of the hotel. Beautiful rooms. Great staff. My go to hotel when i am in Nanaimo.

Quiet neighborhood with close proximity to restaurants, cafes, and shops. Property is well maintained - I thought it was newer than it actually is! - and the front desk staff was really friendly and helpful. Loved that they have a complimentary on-site L2 EV charger; it would’ve been great if we didn’t need to inconvenience the front desk staff to “activate” the charger every time we wanted to use it (they had to go down to activate it with their tap-card; it’d be great if they could program our room key card so we could tap instead).

Staff were very friendly and helpful but the rooms had no sound proofing. The bathroom was laid out weirdly. The breakfast was average but the velvet seats were all dirty. The rooms seemed updated but the doors were not and the hallways were not.

Our stay at the Quality Inn was great. The room was spacious and clean. The staff were very accommodating

My husband ordered breakfast and brought it to the room for me. I really enjoyed breakfast in bed relaxing.

This Hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. the restaurant downstairs (not affiliated) was terrific too :) The front counter staff person was super friendly and helpful and the room was quite new, I had some trouble getting the TV going but I attribute that to my age ;) LOL The free & secured underground parking was also a plus

Hotel is new and the location is good. Room is clean and well appointed. However, the AC is very loud. Im not a light sleeper, but still woke up 3 times overnight.
