Second time I stayed at H2O Hermosa, and each time had a great stay.

Loved our stay very helpful and courteous staff. Would definitely return to this hotel.

Staff was wonderful. Pretty, very clean, great location!

Staff was helpful and friendly. Appreciated the ADA room since one of us is a wheelchair user; accessible shower and elevator worked well. Hotel was quiet and clean. Small parking area but we never had a problem finding a space. Best thing is the close proximity to the Strand to walk by the beach and shortly to the pier, shops, restaurants, and the Comedy & Magic Club.

Quick visit to Hermosa. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Probably the best shower I have used at a hotel.

Close to everything. Clean conveniences. All top notch. Lobby was beautiful Coffe every morning and snacks to take along. Great!! Place!!!!!

We had a lovely time at the property. The staff were all friendly and all of our needs were met. We will definitely stay here again!

Just a fantastic experience all around. Hermosa beach is incredible. People were friendly, it was so clean and safe.

The hotel itself is beautiful, it is also very close walk to the beach, the pier and restaurants. There is a beach market right next door which is great for any last minute things you need. The staff including the front desk and the MANAGER were not great. They would not accommodate a benefit that they promised/promoted even after showing proof that it was tied to my reservation. It was more of a sorry, can't help attitude rather then let me see what I can do approach. The walls were also fairly thin so everytime people walked around above it us it sounded like they were coming through the floor. It was a new hotel so amenities and overall vibe was great, just a few things that they could improve on.

Very helpful staff, clean hotel, basic breakfast- yougurt, fruit, bagels, muffins,cereal,coffee. No complaints would definitely stay here again.

Staff was excellent!! It was my 3rd time staying there and I will for sure be back!
