The property is very beautiful, and the food is great, but honestly, the customer service was not good. I would also suggest that the steakhouse hostess and the man who was always there have a better attitude with customers. I didn’t like that everyone kept asking for tips, as I didn’t notice that in other hotels. We originally planned to stay three days but ended up staying only two and decided to change hotels.
Overall, we stayed in four different hotels, and the customer service at the others was amazing.
I loved Hyatt Ziva — 10/10, highly recommended. We will definitely return. You get exactly what you pay for.
