It was good, got what I expected due to the price

The hotel is located in an area thats near restaurants, the mall, and stores. The breakfast, staff, and rooms are excellent. I would stay here again.

Nice place for one evening to get some much needed sleep

The room was not giving clean. I checked in and went to ask for a refund after looking at my room. I didn’t even put my bags down in the room. We walked in looked around and walked right back out. It wasn’t giving safe either.

Staff was great but there was only one person to handle everything. There was a convention (lots of guests), an issue with someone’s booking, loud guests, and internet issues. The gentleman on staff did VERY well, but definitely could have used some help. Not impressed with turning lights off at the door and having to find the bed in the dark. Need lamps near the bed

The bathroom door knob was broken, so the bathroom door wouldn't secure. The shower door wouldn't shut completely either so water got all on the floor. The hotel breakfast didn't offer many options, so it wasn't good

Stayed here new year eve night the bed was comfortable but couldn’t watch tv because it only had 1 channel which was only a Hispanic channel and I didn’t have a blanket for my bed

Room smelled like mold. Room was filthy, yes filthy! We had to change rooms. We paid in full 2 months ago and room we payed for was not either room we ended up in.

Convenience Mall, grocery store and convenient store al close by

Great for shoppers since Katy Mills Mall is just a block away.

Awesome experience

Excellent staff very professional, room very clean, great hospitality

Room didn’t have glass shower like showed,had mold in fridge ,and on top of fridge ,stains dripping down wall,holes scraped in walls hotel was a complete catfish . They also let someone upstairs in my room without checking I’d or anything it could have been anybody security checks are horrible .they owe me 1 day’s reimbursement and never received it yet .

Staff was very friendly & the breakfast was great. Zero complaints- fantastic stay.
