部屋のエアコンがカビくさくて滞在中は窓を開けて過ごしました。それ以外は満足です、また利用したいです。

Surprisingly spacious, robot hotel, hoping to come back one day again, staff had bern very helpful.

部屋の最初の設定温度が高いのか暑く、寝ている時に暑くて寝苦しかった。もちろん自分で設定温度を変えたら良かったのだが、寝ていた為面倒に感じてしまっていた。 部屋に入った時になんだか少し変わった匂いがしたのでがっかりでした。

Amazing hotel, great staff, spotless and clean

This is the second time I have stayed here ( 2 weeks both times), staff are all amazing, thank you to the cleaning staff who work so hard to keep everything perfect. Thanks to reception staff for great friendly service. See you again in 2025.

The air conditioning unit in one of our rooms continuously made a loud sound throughout the night and one person in my group couldn’t sleep at all. The rest of the hotel was amazing.

人がフロントにいないのも、若い人や外国人には受け入れらやすいと思います。ホテル外で日没から行うプロジェクションマッピングでのイベントは子供から大人まで楽しめるのはいいですよ

夜のプロジェクションが綺麗でした

当日はお風呂とトイレが広いお部屋にアップグレードされていました。施設はとても新しく清潔で、水回りも綺麗で快適でした。立地もよく駅から傘不要で移動できます。漫画コーナーや子供向けアメニティも充実していました。ただ、建物の構造的に音が響くようで、未就学児がいたので足音が響かないかヒヤヒヤしました。ノイズキャンセリングの利用や家族連れは聞き分けのいい年齢での宿泊をお勧めします。

液近でっても便利。 朝食は値段の割には、品数が少なく非常に残念。
