Excellent hotel right next to the train station and easy access to city transportation. There are super markets in the station and restaurants in the area. The hotel is well maintained and clean. The staff was very helpful. We got a huge room and free city transportation passes for our stay.

A very comfortable hotel, extremely handy for the main train station and connections into town. NB the town centre is a good 20 minute walk.

They didn't clean the room, they left dirty glasses etc. They didn't clean the room at all. This is definitely not a 4 star and just barely a 3 star. Breakfast was terrible especially for how much we paid for the hotel. By far the worst stay.

Clean modern hotel with excellent staff and facilities. Room was too warm though and could not drop the temperature so we had to leave the window open, even at night. Close to station and shops ....so convenient . Breakfast options were limited but fresh.

Was nice and quiet. Parking machine seems to only accept cash.

Amazing Hotel, with great location. Excellent staff

Had two nights in Graz and needed to be close to the railway station. The Inter-City hotel is basically next door and you can get to it from the southern end of platform 1 via some stairs down to street level. Room was very clean and comfortable, check in staff were very good, even put up with me trying to practice my German.

Stayed 2 nights for business, as it was close to my meeting. A 20 minute walk into to Graz, but not a problem as I like walking. Directly opposite the railway station, so if you are using the train, it is in a great position.
