The staff was not very friendly when we called down to get some extra bedding. We are also on hold for quite a while.

The hotel was beautiful & modern. The staff was very nice,attentive , and went the extra mile to accommodate my stay.

That young man working valet on Wednesday evening was very nice. Asked for late check out when we checked in, front desk person did accommodate. Additional pricing for parking and fee for pet does at to total room rate, which needs to be considered if you are looking for the best deal. However, any place that is pet friendly is great for us. Breakfast selections were only ok, not great. 3 coffee urns were empty and took a while to wait for more

This was a great hotel to stay in particularly since it was renovated with modern conveniences. We loved it and will definitely book again. My only critique is there needs to be heavier water pressure in the shower

We had a nice stay, staff was very friendly, everything was great other than the one time the valet lost our car keys when we were in a rush to get to an event.

Jatoya at the hotel was amazing! When we arrived and got to our room, it was NOT the room that was booked. We had 4 adults and our room had a sofa bed and 1 king bed. We booked 2 kings and a sofa bed. I was on the phone with Expedia for 40min and they were gojng to moce us to another hotel but then Jatoya (I think thats how you spell it) went abobe and beyond and was able to get us another room tbat was connecting at no extra charge. My only complaint was the pool eas VERY smqll but it is rooftop and felt amazing!

Room cleaning has to be requested, valet is a hit or miss, breakfast was good, front staff are ‘okay’ not very friendly, property location is excellent and main areas were very clean

We brought our daughter for her 21st birthday to CMA Fest. This hotel met all our needs! Beautiful rooms. Great staff. Nice pool. Breakfast was good!!

Very good place, the shuttle was and amazing service. Only downside was that I asked for the front desk for wake up call and they scheduled it for the wrong day twice.
