The hotel was really nice and the staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was just like the description, but the stovetop didn’t work and the rooftop jacuzzi was out of order, which was a bummer. Other than that, everything was great.

Great stay at this hotel. The room was very clean and spacious. Perfect location, like 2 blocks form 5th avenue. Would definitely stay there again.

Overall very nice for the price

Front desk very helpful, room was sparkling clean, elevator was quick and efficient, not slow at all. Walmart less than a block away, very convenient.

Good value for money

Great spot. Close to 5th Av and with lots of rastaurants around. Convenient onsite parking and friendly staff. Nice roof top pool as well with a sweet view

I travel to Playa del Carmen frequently, but this was my first time staying at this hotel. Expedia had great reviews, but after booking, I saw Google had questionable reviews, so that was concerning, but I didn’t have any issues. My stay was great! Front desk staff was very kind & helpful, & my room was comfortably equipped with all I needed. WiFi worked excellently, as I was able to work remotely & stream tv apps with no issues. The only thing I want to point out that differs from the listing is Expedia says that the rooms have down comforters, but mine did not. The bed only had sheets, which I know is common for the area, & many other hotels do the same. The rooftop pool was well kept & very nice. Neighborhood was nice. There is a nice cafe around the corner that had excellent food & coffee, there is a corner store across the street, & Walmart is the next street over. Palacio Municipal is about a block away, & they do have events at night that can get a bit noisy, but none interrupted my sleep, & I’m a light sleeper. I feel that I will return again on future trips!

The staff was excellent. The water was out in the middle of the night twice with no warning and we couldnt take a shower. The room was HOT upon entry and it took a while to cool down. Forget parking, these spaces were for more like a fiat.

Best value property we've ever stayed at. Room and pool were clean. Front desk staff were very nice. Air conditioning worked great. Bed was very firm but still slept great. Awesome location.

Amazing little hotel

Overall it is a good place to stay, and I would return. There were a couple of issues with the cleanliness of the bedding at first, however this wqs dealt with appropriately. The staff were responsive. From then on, cleanliness and amenities were as to be expected. Also, good sound proofing.

I will stay there again

The facility is in freshly remodeled condition. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The location is very good for dining out, going to the beach, or shopping. The kitchenette was well stocked.

It's a lovely property. Quiet and close to everything. We were able to walk everywhere we needed to go. Couple things that are not a big deal but noticeable, no washcloths, detergent, or dishwashing liquid, things like that. Other than that, loved the unit. It was spacious, clean and had everything else we needed. Would definitely recommend!

Terrible service no hot water no pressure water locked out the hotel for 2 hours at 9pm which is very early in playa del carmen stove did not work I can go on and on reception doesn't speak English broken glass on the floor be careful cut my foot twice there
