Staying a few nights would have liked the house keeping to make beds and vacuum after two days and wipe down surfaces not just change towels. We pay a full rate every night so we should have room cleaning services. Waffle maker needs new cooking spray that ‘works’ so the waffle doesn’t stick every time. The hotel was very nice and nice service loved the hot tub and pool

We enjoyed our stay in Salmon Arm. The room was clean and well appointed with a comfortable bed. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was a short walk to the wharf and downtown shops. The breakfast options were a little limited hence only 4 stars here, but we would definitely stay again.

Great property. Stayed there many times. Clean the windows!! Rooms and the end of hallways. Wanted to look out at the lake and enjoy the views but had a difficult time seeing through the accumulated dust and spider webs. Everything else is great!!

The room was huge and very clean. The breakfast was good. Dining room accommodations for breakfast were great. Lots of room and chairs.

Staff was not that helpful. Ice machine on our floor didn't work. Breakfast was okay - food not hot enough. Nothing but coffee - no choice of hot chocolate

Our room was clean and comfy. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was included and offered a great selection. The gym equipment was well maintained and the gym was clean. Parking was convenient. Location was excellent. Thank you.

great secure parking, good breakfast, extremely helpful staff both at the front desk and cleaners. had trouble adjusting heat control in room and coffee machine wasn’t working. But having stayed in 2 other Fairfield hotels as well as this one will always choose a Fairfield hotel Love the modern open area architecture.

Very nice place. They need to go back to servicing rooms daily. I stayed three nights and they were not going to service the room the whole time I was there. I did request service daily and the said they would do it. They did not, on day two I had to call to have it done. I actually had to pay more for the last two night than the first so I expect a fresh room each day. The breakfast was good, well stocked and fresh.
