The hotel was fine nothing special but as we were only staying one night it was adequate. The car park right outside was great but it does need to be booked in advance.

Nice modern hotel. Allocated a disabled room for some reason with low clothes rail and seat in the shower. It was all ok but nothing amazing. Bed adequate but mattress a little on the thin and could feel the springs. Was disappointed no parking space but was my fault I didn’t study the booking moor so had to park a 5 min walk down the road. A bit frustrating going to collect the car in the morning with bags etc. Breakfast reasonably good. A bit of everything but not masses of choice - however something for everyone and although we didn’t try them, the waffles looked incredible. Great location for Ashford designer village and the railway station. First hotel to ever take a holding deposit. Would I return - maybe, but wouldn’t rush to.

Modern hotel with great restaurant. Room large, big tv & excellent wifi. Air con was superb, especially during our recent heat wave. Helpful staff, let me check in to my room early. Short walk to railway station & 10 min walk in to town centre.

Very clean room, with everything I needed, decent hospitality tray and comfortable bed. Nice to have face flannels in with the towels. Friendly people and a good breakfast choice, where the hot food was all hot. Nice continental selection too. Air con in room was excellent.

The room was a good size and layout, it was also very clean. Parking was onsite and secure. The breakfast was very good and tasty.

Excellent hotel close to lots of restaurants and Ashford Outlet shopping Centre. Good breakfast - more warm veggie options would be good.

Great stay very helpful staff, I had booked the wrong room but they changed it no problem. The room was great clean and comfortable with a lovely shower and products. The breakfast was very tasty and a nice variety. My only minus points would be no smart tv so no Netflix etc, no mirror near a chair and dressing table and no biscuits with the tea/coffee.

We had a fantastic stay at Hampton by Hilton. The hotel was exceptionally clean, tidy, and well maintained throughout. The staff were superb from start to finish and genuinely couldn’t do enough to help, always friendly, welcoming, and professional. The rooms were comfortable and spotless, making for a very relaxing stay. Breakfast was also excellent, with a great selection of hot and cold options and everything well stocked and fresh. Overall, a great hotel with outstanding customer service. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The room was dirty in areas which didn't look like it was cleaned properly or even cleaned. The breakfast was OK. And the staff wasn't too bad. Not sure about the parking as did not use it.

Staff were amazing, so helpful and accommodating The room was super clean, modern and looked v new Breakfast was very varied and my young son was very excited by the waffle machines ! Parking was easy maybe a touch expensive as we were there 3 days but it was directly outside so easy to park and get into the hotel All in all a very good stay and would definitely recommend

Location to Ashford International train station was my reason for choosing this particular hotel, and it did not disappoint as it was 10 minutes walk away. The room was clean, although the rug in the room had some stains on it which let it down. The breakfast was your standard selection, and there only appeared to be one hots drinks dispenser which meant waiting to use it. Staff were helpful and responded timely to any issues raised. Shower cubicle was large and the shower itself was very powerful and simple to use.
